Poet Kent Nelson - Tuesday, December 13 @ 6PM Poet and author Kent Nelson has published 122 short stories, he has been featured in Best American Short Stories, Best American Mystery Stories, Pushcart, and O. Henry, as well as Best of the West, Virginia Quarterly, and Southern Review. His last novel, Land that Moves, Land that Stands Still, won the Colorado Book Award and the Mountain and Plains Booksellers Award for best novel. On Tuesday, Kent Nelson will bring his talents to the Wilkinson Public Library at 6:00 p.m. when he will read a couple of stories from his collection and then discuss the inspiration behind each of his stories.
