Books and Cooks with Blakely Stein and Raw Food


Join local chef Blakely Stein for Books and Cooks hosted by Chef Bud. This month, Blakely will be demonstrating the popular raw food diet. She will begin by preparing an appetizer of lemony pistachio olive dip with fresh parsley, followed by a miso tahini kale sald and ending with pepperment cocoa truffles.
