Join Dr. Susanna Hoffman for another night of free food demonstrations, folklore and samplings in our new series Feasts of Spring. On Thursday, Mar. 22nd she will be discussing and preparing foods for a classic greek easter. Like always, she has planned a elegant menu that includes:Greek Saint George Wine

Lamb Stew with Dill and Artichokes
Barley Rusk Salad with Spring Greens
Semolina Cake with Orange Syrup
The night will begin with the food demonstrations as Dr. Hoffman talks about the origins and history behind her feast and it will end with a free food sampling of all the dishes that were prepared.
