It is that time of the year to begin searching for the tasty morel mushroom. These distinctive mushrooms appear honeycomb-like in that the upper portion is composed of a network of ridges with pits between them. Director of the Shroomfest, Scott Koch, will be talking about the places you might find a morel in a early season forage.
